Description
Electric chain hoists usually have a unique and optimal structure and the most suitable lifting height is 3-12 meters. If the lift is too high, it will cause the chain to malfunction. Single chain is configured for less than 5 tons, double chain is configured for more than 5 tons, and 3 chains are configured for more than 7 tons. It can shorten the distance between the machine body and the beam track, and is suitable for operations in low side buildings, especially for temporary workshops or places where the effective lifting space inside is extended. The building's most important part of the machine is the chain and brake system.

Shell:
The shell shall be a lightweight aluminum alloy shell, light in weight but hard, suitable for use in harsh working environments with high heat dissipation and a fully sealed design, with an efficiency of up to 40 %.
Limit switch:
The limit switch device is installed in a position where the weight can be lifted and lowered to make the motor stop automatically to prevent the chain from exceeding the safety range.
24V / 36V equipment:
It is used to prevent emergencies in case a leak breaks.
Bang magnetic brake:
The newly designed magnetic generator, which is characterized by producing magnetism, can brake when the current is interrupted, ensuring absolute safety during lifting.
Hook:
After hot forging, it is lightweight and excellent, not easy to break, it can be rotated 360 degrees when hanging, with safety tongue to ensure safe operation
Chain:
The chain will be imported FEC G80 super heat-treated aluminum alloy chain.
