This is an "intelligent" system that automatically recognizes the presence of solid material under the chisel. When the chisel is permanently on the rock, the hydraulic piston plunger starts to move, releasing all energy and hitting the chisel. On the contrary, the piston does not start to move, avoiding in this way "empty blows" and preserving not only the tension rods and bushes, but reducing the vibrations released on the excavator and the operator.
What's more, a closed box, together with a shock absorber system, keeps the noise lower than the limits set by law and allows digging jobs to be carried out. A dust protection system prevents parts from entering the hydraulic breakers, ensuring their long life.
The medium-heavy range maintains and improves the concept of hand-variable hit. It means that with a simple manual regulation, the operator can change the frequency/energy ratio of the cabin. This means that when the material is very hard, the operator can reduce the number of hits and increase the energy. When the material is less hard, it can increase the frequency with a simple regulation, reducing the energy emitted on the chisel.
